John Coffey

Founder & Chairman

To found Exchange Capital in 1991, John utilized over 25 years of experience in sales, manufacturing, and economic development. From 1987 to 1991, he was president of The Business Consulting Group. From 1975 until 1985, John served in numerous Arkansas economic development positions, including an appointment by the Governor to a term as Chairman of the Arkansas Industrial Development Commission. In 1964, Mr. Coffey co-founded and served as president of Coffey-Clifton, Inc., a mobile home sales and manufacturing company in central Arkansas. Minnie Hernandez

Credit & Client Services Manager

Minnie joined Exchange Capital in 1995 and has had a wide range of responsibilities within the Company. Presently, she manages all credit analysis and advance approval functions. Prior to 1995, she was a Wire Specialist at both First Commercial Bank in Little Rock, Arkansas and Union Planters in Memphis, Tennessee. From 1987 to 1989, Minnie worked in Cash Management for Worthen Bank in Little Rock. She attended the University of Arkansas at Little Rock.  [minnie@excap.com]

Alesha Arnold

Credit and Receivables Manager

Alesha joined the Exchange Capital team as Credit and Receivables Manager, and manages credit underwriting, as well as the invoice receipts and monitoring functions.  She has over 2 decades of banking experience.  After studying accounting and beginning her career in retail, she worked for Bank of America for over 7 years as a teller supervisor and small business banking associate client manager.  Following this, Alesha spent 13 years with Bank OZK, filling roles in customer service and branch management, as well as being a certified training mentor.  Away from work, family is very important to Alesha, while running and travel are also high on her list of hobbies.

Scott Coffey

President & CEO

Scott is responsible for the management, direction, and daily operations of the Company, as well as new business development. He joined the Company in 1992 after receiving an MBA degree from Vanderbilt University, and a Bachelor of Business Administration from the University of Central Arkansas in 1990. While pursuing these degrees, Scott held research internships at J.C. Bradford & Company and Stephens Inc., investment banking firms located in Nashville, TN and Little Rock, AR, respectively.  He was part of the Arkansas Business 40 Under 40 Class of 2007, has been active with the Fellowship of Christian Athletes, and served on the Conway Christian School Foundation Board.  [scott@excap.com]

Brenda Waldron

Audit & Processing Manager

During her tenure with Exchange Capital, Brenda’s experience has covered a broad range of functions, including invoice monitoring and receipts processing. She is now responsible for invoice auditing and processing. After originally joining the company in 1995, Brenda served 3 years as Technical Support for John Deere Information Systems in Illinois. Prior to 1995, she used various positions to gain experience in sales, customer support, and management. In 1987, Brenda completed her duty in the United States Navy with the rank of E-4, 3rd Class Petty Officer. She holds an Associate of Applied Science degree from Kaplan College in Illinois.  [brenda@excap.com]

Reagan Coffey

Administrative Assistant

Reagan is responsible for posting receipts, digital document storage, and bank deposits, as well as a number of other administrative tasks.  She began working for Exchange Capital as an intern in 2014, and plays an important role in supporting the Company's mission to provide outstanding service to clients.  Reagan is pursuing a career in education and coaching, and she will receive her Bachelor of Science in Education degree from the University of Central Arkansas in May 2019.
