Exchange Capital Corporation's Factoring Program provides immediate cash to growing companies by purchasing their accounts receivable as soon as they invoice their customers.

When a company can't reach its growth potential due to slower paying customers and high accounts receivable balances, Factoring can be very beneficial. As you can see, the process is simple:

1. Our Client sends original invoices to Exchange Capital.
2. The same day we receive the invoices, we purchase them by advancing funds & paying the Client by check or wire transfer. This is called Factoring.
3. Exchange Capital mails & monitors the invoices until payment is received.
4. As checks are received by Exchange Capital, they are processed immediately & all residual amounts, less our fee, are paid to the Client.
