To found Exchange Capital in 1991, Mr. Coffey utilized over 25 years of experience in sales, manufacturing, and economic development. From 1987 to 1991, he was president of The Business Consulting Group. From 1975 until 1985, Mr. Coffey served in numerous Arkansas economic development positions, including an appointment by the Governor to a term as Chairman of the Arkansas Industrial Development Commission. In 1964, Mr. Coffey co-founded and served as president of Coffey-Clifton, Inc., a mobile home sales and manufacturing company in central Arkansas. Mr. Coffey holds a business degree from Arkansas State University.
Mr. Coffey is responsible for the daily operations of the Company. He joined the Company in 1992 after receiving an MBA degree from Vanderbilt University, and a Bachelor of Business Administration from the University of Central Arkansas in 1990. While pursuing these degrees, Mr. Coffey held research internships at J.C. Bradford & Company and Stephens Inc., investment banking firms located in Nashville, TN and Little Rock, AR, respectively.
Ms. Hernandez joined Exchange Capital in 1995 and has had a wide range of responsibilities within the Company. Presently, she manages all credit analysis and advance approval functions. Prior to 1995, she was a Wire Specialist at both First Commercial Bank in Little Rock, Arkansas and Union Planters in Memphis, Tennessee. From 1987 to 1989, Ms. Hernandez worked in Cash Management for Worthen Bank in Little Rock. She attended the University of Arkansas at Little Rock.
During 11 years with Exchange Capital, Ms. Waldron’s experience has covered a broad range of functions, including invoice monitoring and receipts processing. She is now responsible for invoice auditing and processing. After originally joining the company in 1995, Ms. Waldron served 3 years as Technical Support for John Deere Information Systems in Illinois. Prior to 1995, she used various positions to gain experience in sales, customer support, and management. In 1987, Ms. Waldron completed her duty in the United States Navy with the rank of E-4, 3rd Class Petty Officer. She holds an Associate of Applied Science degree from Kaplan College in Illinois.
Ms. Beard brought over 20 years of collection experience to Exchange Capital in 2008, including 10 years with the Maggio Law Firm in Conway, Arkansas. During this time, she has held positions of Office Manager, Collections Manager, and Collector. Presently, Ms. Beard manages account receipts and invoice monitoring for the Company. She is a member of the Healthcare Financial Management Association and the American Collector Association, and attended Petit Jean Technical College in Morrilton, Arkansas.
